Keep The Inner Thin You!


I know dramatic diets to get a slim waistline fast is alluring! But chilling out is the answer. Severe calorie cutbacks and crazy exercise puts your body into a panic. It only takes 3 weeks of frantic dieting to increase your stress hormones, in those you 3 weeks you are more likely to eat donuts and skip your fav sweat session because your body's petrified of starving.
Here are a few things you can do to increase your chances of losing weight and keep it off.
#1 Never go hungry.
Make this a priority! Do your prep work. You should make sure you have access to small portions of high-nutrient, low-calorie foods. Examples are:salad fixings, precut fruits and veggies, 100% whole-grain crackers, instant oatmeal.

#2 Make exercise a habit no matter what happens!
This is really easy to do. First, pick an activity you enjoy and do it for an extra 30 minutes a day for a solid month. Don't do any "extra" workouts like taking 2 spin classes in a row or doing a morning and evening workout unless you do it already.

#3 Release Your Stress
Think yoga breath. Slow belly breathing helps release your stress. Do it every single day for the best results.
